PITCH BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 150,00 €, by bank transfer or, if not possible, by credit card. Reservations will not be accepted if payment is not possible.
  2. Balance on arrival day, deposit will be deduced from balance.
  3. Early departure does not entitle you to any refund.
  4. It will be possible to extend your stay subject to availability; in this case, a new pitch may be assigned.
  5. Upon departure, guests must pay for any additional expenses not declared at check-in, such as a second tent, second car, or electricity surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  1. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 20 days from the arrival day deposit will be refunded, except of € 15,00 for fee.
  2. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 10 days from the arrival day, 70% of the deposit - 100,00 € - has not refunded.
  3. In all other cases, including late arrivals not communicated in advance within 3 days of arrival, total deposit will be not refunded.
  4. Arrival can be postponed by up to 2 days and must be communicated at least 3 days before arrival. A postponement of the arrival date does not entitle the guest to postpone the booked departure date. For any extension of the stay, please see point 4. In any case, a postponed arrival does not entitle the guest to any form of refund.
