In the House "Appartamenti La Fabrique 11" - a newly refurbished 1960's house 300 meters from the camping - there are two self-catering apartments.
Apartments are fully furnished with heating, free satellite TV and Wi Fi as well as a private carpark. Apartments share a private garden with sitting area.
- One bed loft room have a double bedroom with space for a camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge and sink) dining area and sofa bed and en-suite facilities.
- Two bed-room apartment have one double bedroom, one twin room, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge and sink) separate dining area and en-suite facilities.

- Locale tax 1,00 € Per night per person chargeable for the first seven days then free, children under 15 years old free of charge
- 30% deposit payable upon booking
- Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: deposit refunded with a cost of 15,00 €
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: deposit not refunded but available for new reservation before December 31, 2027
- Deposit not refunded in case of no-show
- Balance and local taxes to payable on arrival
- Refundable deposit off 100,00 € payable cash on arrival refund on departure subject to satisfactory inspection of fittings in occupied accommodation
- Check-in from 4PM
- Check-out by 10AM
- The apartments are subject to cleaning by customer
